The Westward Ho! Christmas light switch on is officially in it's third year! These babies are going to light up in style.

Join Peter for a couple of amazing hours to start the Christmas festivities, grab some Fish and Chips, get your face painted and just enjoy the evening with us. 

5.30pm  KICK OFF- Join Peter on the seafront stage for one night of fun, spirit, madness and joy. Peter will be overseeing the evenings proceedings in his normal unusual style, making sure the lights go on with grace.

5.35pm WESTWARD HO! YOUTH THEATER- Our Christmas Light switch on is about community. Westward Ho! Youth Theater is in the heart of this, they will be taking to the stage to show you all the talent being nurtured in Westward Ho!

6pm LIGHT SWITCH ON- Official turning on of the Westward Ho! Christmas Lights. They won't use much electric but we make the most of what we have and they will go on with love and spirit.

6.05pm CHRISTMAS CONGA- It's a tradition that was revived from the archives of Westward Ho! The Christmas Conga is a perfect way to get everyone moving! The Christmas Conga will be going around the village.

6.10pm CHARLOTTE PIRRONE- The winner of Westward Ho!'s Got Talent 2019 and rightly so, is going to take to the stage and sing some songs for us all. See why she beat off the competition to take the win. 

6.20 SANTA - Watch out for the big man...He does seem to be attracted by Christmas lights and festive spirit, when we turn on the Westward Ho! lights there is no telling what may happen!!
