WESTWARD HO! HAUNTED HISTORY
2nd NOVEMBER 2019

Day Of The Dead is all about remembering your ancestors, your heritage. As part of the Day Of The Dead Festival we are going to look at the haunted history of Westward Ho!

You could call them ghost stories, we prefer to think of it as delving into the past, remembering those less fortunate that used to live here and how their time ended.

Seafield House in Westward Ho! with lady shape reflection in the boarded up window

Join us for one night only to discover the haunted history of Westward Ho! Held in Seafield House this will be a night to remember!

Starting with a 40 minute talk from Sue Pengelly (Medium, historian and brilliant speaker) about the haunted history of Westward Ho! How people loved, lived and died in old Westward Ho!...The murders, working girls, ghosts and even more you didn't know you wanted to know. This is based on facts and old court records, the incidents swept under the carpet until now.. We don't want to drag up the dirt or sensationalise them, more remember what these people went through.

For the second part of the experience you will be taken upstairs to meet Westward Ho!'s resident medium, Nick Jenkins. Nick will be talking about the history of Seafield house, the love contained within the house, familys and joy it has given over the generations. He is a very intuitive gentleman so expect some unusual conversation lines that will open your mind.

The photo beside was taken by one of the group we showed around the house. The kitchen has a boarded up window, in the window you can see a reflection of what looks like a dress, no one else in the party had a pink dress on?
