This will be our 4TH Day Of The Dead festival here in Westward Ho!...Day Of The Dead is a Mexican Festival to celebrate life and to remember our ancestors with love and pride, come along and remember your ancestors with us in style with one day/night of Westward Ho! fun.
2.00pm The village will be alive, we will have face painters there to help you get ready for the big night, food stalls and other treats waiting for you.
5.30-6.15pm TAMSIN BALL @ SEAFIELD - Tamsin has the most magical, mystical voice and perfect to set the mood for the evening. The power in her voice is stunning and will have your neck hairs standing up...She will be on a small stage in front of Seafield House with some fire performers. This is where the procession of Day Of The Dead skeletons will assemble in front of her before heading to the village.
6.30-6.45 Procession from Seafield House to Westward Ho! Village Green. Please google "Day Of The Dead" and you will get an idea of how to dress. Sugar Skulls, skeletons, music, flags etc.It's a very happy parade celebrating life while remembering your past. This year will be hotter, bigger and brighter than ever!
6.45-8.00 Fun in the village. Music, Performers, Jugglers, stalls and street food.

7.45-8.30 - TAMSIN BALL - Tamsin will be doing a 2nd set on the main stage upon the Fairway Buoy roof. She is just amazing to watch plus listen too. Tamsin singing while the fireworks go off over the beach? Magical, mystical, amazing and just what's needed to finish such a great evening.
8.30 Firework display over the beach from SB Pyrotechnics. Last years display was a wonderful way to end the evening, this year will be a bit bigger and slightly longer thanks to your donations last year.

Overall a night of family fun in Westward Ho! remembering how precious life is, make the most of it and remember our ancestors.
We are introducing the memories board on the village Green. One week before the event you are able to add photos of your Ancestors to help remember them with a happy heart, let them be with you and proud of who you have become.
This event is FREE but there will be donation buckets around. Your donations help to finance The Day Of The Dead next year and maintain fireworks in Westward Ho!
